Alma School Road Improvements

YSMA designed roadway solutions to accommodate golf carts on Alma School Road, an arterial street with 45 mph speed limit, and at the intersection of Riggs Road and Alma School Road, both located in Sun Lakes Retirement Community.

  • Provided innovative Golf Cart Crossing phase at a Signalized intersection.

  • Designed golf cart paths and traffic signals to accommodate needs of the active adult community.
