107th Avenue Improvements

In the Sun City retirement community we improved safety along 107th Avenue by designing reconfigured intersection approaches that effected an orderly movement of traffic and eliminated grid-lock.
We presented multiple design concepts to local establishments and garnered support for the preferred alternative. The proposed alternative demonstrated the ease of access even by limiting a number of driveways. YSMA designed the project, provided assistance during bidding, and provided assistance during construction. |
